The Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for one or multiple highly driven Freelance Business Development Managers to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle—from generating your own pipeline and cold calling, to conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and managing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the end-to-end sales process, encompassing prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing, and post-sale account management.
Proactive Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and aggressively work through client-provided lead lists to generate new business opportunities.
Product Demonstrations: Host compelling, self-guided online product demos to showcase the value of the SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
Client Management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high retention rates and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding commercial targets set by the client.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Skills: Native or highly fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record in B2B Business Development or Sales, ideally within the SaaS, insurance, or risk management sectors.
Cold Calling Expertise: You are completely comfortable picking up the phone. You have strong experience in cold calling and converting cold leads into qualified prospects.
Tech-Savvy: You possess the technical aptitude to deeply understand the software and independently deliver flawless online product demonstrations.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly autonomous, resilient, and motivated by targets. You have the drive to help a new company conquer the market.
Availability: Looking for a full-time, remote freelance commitment.
