We are looking for a enthusiastic Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish (plus English) to support one of the largest energy suppliers in Belgium! โก
In this role, you will be the ultimate problem-solver for both private and commercial clients via phone and email. ๐๐ป You'll handle questions about contract tweaks, customer data updates, and invoice inquiries. No previous customer service experience? No worries! Itโs a plus, but your positive attitude is what matters most. ๐ Note: You must already live in beautiful Barcelona or be ready to relocate on short notice! โ๏ธ
